The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobes top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some of Adobes boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing, and Adobe's positioning in the market around Generative AI.

As Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will accelerate Adobe's long-term growth and join a highly entrepreneurial team, which includes alumni from top management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing.

You will drive projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support senior executives across the business as they tackle their most critical challenges. This position often serves as a launchpad to distinctive operational and general management roles both within Adobe and across the broader tech ecosystem.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,200 -- $211,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
