• Accounts payable,
• Accounts receivable,
• Payroll,
• Preparing contracts,
• Job costing,
• Maintaining Workers Comp/General liability,
• AIA forms,
• Lien waivers,
• Closeout documents,
• Verifying purchase orders,
• Processing mail,
• Maintaining calendars
• Peneral office duties, which includes answering phones, typing, filing and scheduling appointments.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. 
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized to ensure deadlines are met .
• Candidate should have effective communication skills with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Construction experience is a plus.
