EARN UP TO $21 PER HOUR

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for proactively reaching out to our valued customers to:

• Schedule service appointments for routine maintenance, recalls, and other service needs.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure customers have all the necessary information.
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Reactivate past due customers and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and utilize our CRM system effectively.
• Collaborate closely with our Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to promote service specials and offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment (automotive experience a plus!).
• Exceptional phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
