Coverage Needed:

• September 2, 2025 - ongoing
• Shift times: 6:30a-3p, 6:30a-5p, or 6:30a-7p
  • 12s may be considered if the only case exemption is Transplant Shift 
• Full-time coverage, 2 consecutive weeks a month
• Minimum 2 shifts a week

Clinical Details:

• Case types: CV, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia; No OB, No PEDS
  • Transplant can be the only exception; Must do CV and Neuro
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesiologist, RNs, Aides, Techs
• Type of Anesthesia Model: Care Model
• Patient Encounters per shift: varies; 2-7

Requirements:

• Minimum length of commitment: 13 weeks
• Certifications/Qualifications: CRNA, APRN, ACLS
• Board Certified
• Active State License
  • willing to license
• Vaccination Requirements: Flu
• Experience: Candidates with 2 years preferred
• Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the site
• CV’s must have the most recent information in MM/YYYY to MM/YYYY formatting from Medical School forward
  • All gaps over 30 days must be clarified on the actual CV document
