About the Role
The Events Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. As a vibrant member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on attendees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather quotes, schedule services, and ensure timely delivery of materials for events.
  • Help with the logistics of event setup and breakdown, including arranging seating, organizing materials, and managing registrations.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and timelines to facilitate effective communication and planning.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for event planning and a desire to learn about the industry and best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other event-related software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
