We are seeking a strategic and innovative Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. Pay Base pay range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year DOE. Responsibilities Develop and execute an annual Organizational Development Strategic Plan aligned with FIBT’s business objectives. Lead and mentor the Organizational Development team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Assist the Director of HR in developing leadership frameworks, including succession planning and executive coaching. Serve as a change agent by facilitating organizational transitions and promoting adaptability across teams. Create and manage training programs that enhance employee performance and support career development. Oversee the development of internal training materials including curriculum, job aids, manuals, and catalogs. Collaborate with business unit leaders to assess development needs and deliver targeted learning solutions. Partner with HR to enhance onboarding, internship programs, leadership development initiatives, and other projects as assigned. Establish KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs using data‑driven insights. Manage the Organizational Development budget with fiscal responsibility and alignment to strategic priorities. Travel up to 20% to support development initiatives across FIBT locations. Competencies Strategic Vision and Planning Interpersonal Communication Creativity and Innovation Problem Solving and Decision Making Developing Others and Coaching Change Management and Facilitation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills. Experience with LMS platforms and adult learning principles. Certifications in coaching, training (e.g., ATD), or behavioral assessment tools such as DiSC or CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) are a plus. Valid driver’s license.
