Now Hiring: Press Operator - Full-Time, Permanent Position

We are looking for a Press Operator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position involves operating shears, presses, and stamping machines to fabricate metal components used in the construction of secure metal structures.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $16/hr and up
Schedule: 40-50 hours/week - never less

What You'll Do:

• Operate shears, presses, and stamping machines
• Move, stack, and load materials
• Fabricate metal pieces to construct metal safe houses
• Load scrap into trucks using a forklift
• Move sheet metal across work tables and into machines
• Push, bend, and slide materials into position
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds (not all day)
• Support other departments as needed - flexibility is important

What We're Looking For:

• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and work in different shop areas
• Forklift experience (loading scrap and materials)
• Experience with presses and shears is a plus
• Welding experience is a bonus
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work in a physical environment
