Position Summary

The Property Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of Sempre Property Group, LLC’s real estate development portfolio by serving as a primary liaison for tenants, contractors, realtors, and external vendors. This role ensures smooth communication, timely maintenance execution, accurate documentation, and ongoing compliance across all properties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations & Communications- Serve as the main point of contact for all tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Maintenance & Contractor Coordination- Dispatch work orders to maintenance personnel and outside contractors; monitor progress until completion.
• Vendor, Realtor & Third-Party Coordination- Manage relationships with third-party vendors including cleaners, security companies, inspectors, and maintenance partners.
• Property Operations & On-Site Support- Periodically visit sites to perform routine inspections, document conditions, and identify maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in property management, real estate administration, construction coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Familiarity with basic property maintenance, building systems, and construction terminology.
• Ability to read and understand leases, work orders, vendor contracts, and compliance documents.
• Comfortable interacting with tenants, inspectors, contractors, engineers, and realtors.
