Job Description
The Technical Project Manager is an experienced leader who oversees complex technology projects, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and delivered according to client goals. They use advanced project management skills to lead projects, manage resources, handle risks, and solve problems while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets. They also mentor junior team members and drive ongoing improvements in project management practices.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
At least 5-7 years of related experience.
Experience overseeing Technical Debt Remediation efforts, including backlog assessment, prioritization, and cross-team execution.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams while managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Strong ability to partner with IT teams across network, telecom, server/storage/cloud, security, endpoint hardware, and other engineering functions.
Skilled at translating technical work into clear deliverables, tracking progress against milestones, and facilitating issue resolution.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Healthcare technology experience-particularly within Epic hospital environments-is a plus.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for project intake, planning, resource management, road mapping, reporting, and financial tracking.
