Senior Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead complex construction projects in the industrial, mechanical, and civil utility sectors. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple projects, mentor internal teams, and ensure successful delivery from planning through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with project owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors based on trust, accountability, and technical expertise.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, serving as the direct Project Manager on select assignments while providing leadership and guidance to other internal project managers.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate forecasting and protecting bid margins through proactive change management and scope adjustments.
• Define project vision and execution strategy, driving efficiency and excellence across all phases of work.
• Prioritize material procurement to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of critical components.
• Champion a culture of safety and compliance, serving as a visible leader in promoting best practices.
• Audit project documentation to ensure contractual compliance and facilitate smooth project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• 10+ years of proven success managing large-scale construction projects in industrial, mechanical, or civil utility environments.
• Strong preference for experience in water and wastewater treatment plant construction .
• Familiarity with managing electrical and controls vendors and subcontractors.
