Located in Marin County, California, Marin Health Medical Center is currently seeking an Care Coordination department Manager.\nInterested Candidates must have the following experience,\n\nMinimum of 5 years of previous Care Coordination management/operations experience.\nSTRONG BACKGROUND IN CASE MANAGEMENT AND UTILIZATION REVIEW REQUIRED.
