Responsibilities

• Scheduling dye machines in accordance with the dye schedule and is responsible for monitoring the performance of the dye machines to ensure the first quality production of fabric.
• Following up with any lags or machine waits. This follow-up could be related to Dye Blenders, Dye Jet Operators, and/or Maintenance Associates.
• Communication between dye service and dye floor as well as between dyeing and preparation.
• Must be safety oriented and work effectively with other team members in the dye service department.
• Associate will receive Level 2 pay upon completion of training and certification.

Requirements

• Candidate must be an independent thinker capable of making decisions given the information available to them.
• Must be willing to be a leader of the shift and question operator decisions.
• Computer skills are a necessity.
• Experience in the dyeing department and demonstrated computer skills.

Pay - $18.83
