Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Support marketing efforts, including promoting events on social media and through email campaigns.
• Coordinate attendee registration and manage guest lists.
• Assist in the development and management of event budgets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or a related role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
