Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of medicine with a valid unrestricted license to practice issued by the Arizona Medical Board.
• Must be registered with the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration and maintain a valid unrestricted controlled substance registration certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Working Conditions

• Works in an office or clinical setting.

• Requires effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork with various stakeholders.
• Functions in a fast-paced environment.
• May require flexibility in working hours based on operational needs.
