• We are seeking a Slack IT Engineer with deep expertise in Slack administration, automation, and API development to enhance collaboration and productivity within our enterprise organization.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing Slack at scale, designing secure and compliant solutions, and leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize workflows.
• You will collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams to build and maintain a robust Slack ecosystem, integrating it with other enterprise systems and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• What you'll do Administer and optimize Slack for a large organization, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop governance frameworks to manage Slack workspaces and enforce enterprise policies.
• Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions to enhance team collaboration.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in collaboration technology, AI automation, and Slack development best practices.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) with a strong understanding of API development and integration.
• Experience with agent-based automation and AI-driven strategies within Slack to improve productivity.
• Strong understanding of API design principles and experience integrating Slack with enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Slack .
• Familiarity with enterprise IT security and compliance requirements related to collaboration tools.
• Strong scripting skills for automation and workflow optimization.
